The Brain Injury Association of New York State is offering a free webinar--The Invisible Wounds Within the Veteran Community: What YOU Need to Know. JBFCS' own Coordinator and Master Trainer of the Martha K. Selig Educational Institute, Adriana Rodriguez, LCSW along with Rebecca Wynn, M.S. Ed, Trainer for Home Again: Veterans and Family Initiative will be presenters and will take place on Wednesday, July 25 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. 

This webinar will concentrate on the normative reintegration challenges veterans experience when they return home and will highlight the importance of understanding the military sub-culture. The presentation will also provide an overview of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and its impact on civilian life.

The Brain Injury Association of New York State is a statewide, non-profit membership organization which provides help and hope for individuals with brain injury and their families. BIANYS is the chartered state affiliate of the Brain Injury Association of America.
