The Break-Free Adolescent Counseling Center is an outpatient mental health clinic for teens ages 11 through 21 and their families which provides individual and family therapy, psychiatric services, home visits, and groups to address issues of truancy, depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral problems, mental illness, substance abuse and family conflict.
