Service(s): Adults Living with Mental Illness
Provides permanent housing for adults with mental illness who are able to live independently. Through bimonthly visits, workers support the residents as they develop and maintain their recovery goals. Residents engage in a variety of community activities such as full-time and part-time employment, educational activities, voluntary services and other civic events.
NOTE: Professional Referral: Eligibility for Level I Supported Housing required via HRA 2010e Application
